This is a charitable event. 100% of Gilly's Sports Bar Special Charity T-Shirt sales will benefit Malachi's Storehouse, a non profit dedicated to providing resources and shelter to men who are experiencing homelessness. If you would like to make a donation: CLICK HERE. Each vendor retains their own sales and profit to be used as they wish. Proceeds designated to local artists will be spent with each artist directly for visual art and all other artists with an interest in participation. Our goal for this event is that vendors will benefit when guests purchase their products/services. All art auction participants will function as regular vendors and participants are allowed to receive bids and funds in accordance with their specific structure accordingly. Every artist, business owner, and local flea market vendor are required to register in order to participate. Please attend to network however, do not expect to set up your items for sale without first completing this form and following the procedures. We are cross-marketing with our vendors and holding up our end of the bargain in helping to market the event. Please share the event info listed below to your community as well.
Gilly's Sports Bar, Toseima JTV, and Staxx B Entertainment are not responsible, financially, physically, or legally for the funds transmitted, items lost/stolen, damaged, or otherwise. You agree to release all responsibility and reserve the right to complete proper tax filings, fair pricing laws, etc. Gilly's would like to provide the space and opportunity to have such an event while leaving each vendor to conduct business in accordance with GA law. Spaces may be utilized for a setup time of 9AM. Our goal is to send an email with space assignments to make it easier for vendors to know where to setup, just in case vendors require more time to complete their setup. 1 hour prior to the 10 AM Start time by coming to Gilly's Sports Bar located at 4343 Dunwoody Park, Dunwoody, GA, 30338. The flea market spaces are not currently for rent however, this is subject to change in the future. Our goal is to establish a community of people with an appreciation for celebrating local artists, support for the homeless, and helping people find treasures at the same time.
Spaces will be assigned to you upon arrival, reservations are necessary, and requesting a specific space is not allowed. Availability varies and Vendors may reserve up to 2 spaces. No more than 2 spaces are allowed per Vendor. Food trucks are allowed 1 parking space.

YOUR VENDOR SPACE: This Space is Non-Transferable and only good for the Day it is assigned. Upon arrival, your vendor number must be visually displayed in plain view, in your setup area. ONE VEHICLE SPACE PER CUSTOMER.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to 'Pop Up at the Spot' - Gilly's 1st Annual Celebration of the arts.
Spaces will be assigned to you upon arrival, reservations ARE necessary, and requesting a specific space is not allowed. Vendors may only reserve up to 2 spaces. No more than 2 spaces are allowed per Vendor. All spaces will have the $25 REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit charged = SEE DEPOSITS SECTION FOR MORE INFO.
Each space is approximately 18'x20'. You must provide your own electricity supplies, tables, chairs, canopy, etc. Please park your vehicle in the parking lot directly across the street so that our lanes stay open for any Emergency Vehicles and allows space for items to be organized and properly displayed for each vendor.
One Vendor per Space! No Electricity supplies will be provided for Outdoor Vendors or Customers so please invest in a generator if you require electricity. The concern is not in providing electricity for one or two vendors. Our concern is in providing electricity for 15 -30 vendors at once so we are limiting that availability. Please forgive the inconvenience.
BE SURE TO GET A RECEIPT/VENDOR NUMBER FOR YOUR SPACE AND MAKE SURE IT IS ACCURATE. This is very important.
It is your responsibility to be aware of the threat of rain, excessive wind or storms: All outdoor vendors may want to bring your own canopy or tent to protect your supplies, products, and items for sale.
Deposits:
Each seller will pay a $25 cash refundable cleaning deposit per space and will be required to make this payment in cash upon arrival. You must leave your space clean and free of trash or unsold merchandise. DO NOT discard items (including empty boxes) next to trash cans or in our dumpster! Doing so will FORFEIT your deposit refund. If you want your $25 back, take your trash with you. Our policy remains: "You bring it in, You take it out". Vendors/Sellers dumping trash will be subject to expulsion without a deposit refund.
Deposit will be refunded when our Manager, Police Officer or Lot Attendants inspects your space and signs off on your receipt. Take your signed receipt to the cashier and she will issue your deposit refund. Receipts must be signed by the above personnel and must be presented to the cashier BEFORE 9:00 PM or no refund will be given. No receipt, No refund, No exceptions! ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE GILLY'S GROUNDS BY 9:00 PM. We reserve the right to expel any seller from the premises for violation of these rules or for general misconduct.
At the discretion of each vendor, you may donate your cleanup fee to the charitable initiative. All proceeds from the cleanup fee donations will be made to Malachi's Storehouse. We will be prepared to provide a receipt for donation or a refund as requested.

Items not allowed to be sold at POP UP AT THE SPOT Include but are not limited to, the following items: Firearms or ammunition of any kind or related components, BB or pellet guns, martial arts weapons, medical preparations, birds, fish, animals, mattresses / overstuffed furniture (unless sanitized), counterfeit merchandise, and vehicles.

Step 1- Arrive at 4343 Dunwoody Park, Dunwoody, GA, 30338, pay your $25 refundable cleanup fee, and check in between 9AM-10AM
Step 2- Your assigned spot will be determined on 9-16 however, you will be required to receive your official pass in order to get setup.
Step 3 - Sell items.
Step 4 - Tear down, clean up, and make mention if you would like to donate remaining items or cleanup fee for Malachi's Storehouse.
Step 5 - Check out. Get your cleanup fee back or donate to Malachi's Storehouse.
Step 6 - Enjoy additional Gilly's Sports Bar Festivities.
Step 7 - Be proud of the fact that you have done something great in the community!
